Today, we would like to inform you about how to make a reservation at the physical store that will open on Saturday, July 3, 2021 in Hiroo, Tokyo.
As a countermeasure against the new coronavirus, in order to avoid congestion in the store, we will guide you to a complete reservation system for a limited time from 7/3 (Sat) to 7/18 (Sun) .
Please make a reservation in advance using the special form by the scheduled date of your visit after carefully checking the notes on this page.
In times like this, we often ask for the cooperation of our customers, and we may have to wait for them to come to our store, but we ask for your understanding in order to prevent infection. .

*Regarding business after 7/19 (Mon), we plan to enter the store free of charge, but this may change depending on the situation.

・During the period from 7/3 (Sat) to 7/18 (Sun), it will be a complete reservation system using the advance reservation form.
・When visiting the store, please make a reservation using the dedicated form and present the [visit reservation email] or [visit reservation completion screen] to the shop staff on the day.
・We are very sorry, but you will not be able to come to the store on the day if the maximum number of people who can enter the store has been reached. If you plan to enter the store, please make a reservation as soon as possible.
・We ask for your understanding that there is no free entry time during the reservation period.
・In order to avoid congestion, we limit the stay to one hour per person. Thank you for your understanding.
・You will be able to enter at the reserved time. Please note that we cannot provide guidance outside of these hours.

Please make a reservation after fully confirming the following precautions.
・We will accept up to one reservation per person.
・If you are planning to visit with more than one person, please obtain a ticket for each person.
・Please note that accompanying children under elementary school age are not included in the number of people booked.
・Please refrain from getting multiple reservation slots per day.
・Please note that if you get more than one reservation slot per day, it will be invalid.
・If you wish to cancel or change your reservation, please do so by 15:00 the day before.
