2021 FALL COLLECTION Information on visiting physical stores

Thank you for your continued patronage of Louren.

From tomorrow, 9/4 (Sat.), pre-order sales of the outer series, the first of the 2021 FALL COLLECTION, will start at online and physical stores.

Prior to the start of pre-order sales, here is information on visiting a physical store.

■ Information about visiting

・As a countermeasure against the new coronavirus, in order to avoid congestion in the store, we will accept reservations from the online store chat during the period from Saturday, September 4th to Thursday, September 30th.

・Free admission is also available, but if the store capacity is reached, admission may be restricted or numbered tickets may be issued.

・For customers who want to be sure of the date and time of their visit , we recommend making a reservation in advance.

Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

■ How to make a reservation

Please contact us in advance, including your name, schedule, time zone, and whether or not you have a companion, from the chat at the bottom right of the online store.

*Please note that in principle we do not accept reservations over the phone to the physical store.

Please feel free to stop by our store to try on the items that will be on sale from 9/4 (Sat.).

The online store will start selling reservations from 20:00, and the physical store will accept reservations during business hours.

■ Delivery period

It will be delivered sequentially from mid-October.

■ Precautions

* Since it is not a made-to-order product, it will end as soon as all items are sold out.

* If you purchase multiple items from the online store at the same time, they will be delivered according to the latest shipping time. Please be careful.

*Shipping may be delayed depending on the warehouse and production situation.
