Cancellation, returns and exchanges after completing an order
We cannot accept cancellations, returns, or exchanges due to customer reasons.

・Products that have been delivered for more than 3 days (excluding weekends and holidays)
・Products that can be judged to have been used, repaired, washed, or cleaned
・Products that come into direct contact with the skin, such as swimwear and accessories
・Items with invoices/product tags or other accessories that are damaged or missing
・Products due to incorrect purchase of color/size/quantity, size mismatch, image difference, etc.
We pay close attention to the quality of our products, but due to the characteristics of the material, there may be fine wrinkles, creases, loose threads, NEP, and dye smells. Please note that if there is no problem in using the product, it will not be eligible for return or exchange.

Refunds will be given for sold out items.
Regarding refunds for sold out products
As soon as the returned product arrives at our company, we will process the refund.
Please note that it may take some time for the refund procedure to be processed by the credit card company.
